บริษัท บิทคับ บล็อคเชน เทคโนโลยี จำกัด เปิดตัว ‘Bitkub Chain Loyalty Platform’ มิติใหม่ของการสะสมแต้มและแลกรับรางวัลบนแพลตฟอร์ม Bitkub NEXT ซึ่งถือเป็นการเชื่อมโยงระบบการจัดการลูกค้าสัมพันธ์

จากเทคโนโลยีเว็บ 2.0 มาสู่เทคโนโลยีเว็บ 3.0 บนบล็อกเชน เพื่อเพิ่มทางเลือกให้ลูกค้าสามารถเปลี่ยนคะแนนสะสมให้เป็นสินทรัพย์ดิจิทัลได้

การเปิดตัวในครั้งนี้ ได้รับความร่วมมือจากพาร์ตเนอร์สำคัญ 3 ฝ่าย คือ ‘Buzzebees’ ผู้ออกแบบพัฒนาแพลตฟอร์มการจัดการลูกค้าสัมพันธ์ (CRM) ซึ่งมีส่วนแบ่งการตลาดกว่า 90% ของไทย, ‘TV Direct’ ผู้ดำเนินธุรกิจการตลาดแบบตรงผ่านช่องทางการตลาดหลากหลายช่องทาง (Multi-Channel Marketing) และ ‘Hotto Bun’ ร้านคาเฟ่สไตล์ญี่ปุ่นที่เจาะกลุ่มลูกค้านิสิตและนักศึกษา

โดย Loyalty Platform จะเป็นการเพิ่มทางเลือกให้กับลูกค้า ที่สามารถใช้คะแนนสะสมจากแพลตฟอร์มของแต่ละพาร์ตเนอร์ มาแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นสิทธิพิเศษ หรือส่วนลดค่าสินค้าและบริการได้แล้ว การนำมาเชื่อมโยงกับบล็อกเชนนี้ จะทำให้ลูกค้าสามารถเปลี่ยนคะแนนสะสมเป็นสินทรัพย์ดิจิทัลได้

สำหรับเฟสที่ 1 ของการพัฒนา Bitkub Chain Loyalty Platform นี้ จะเปิดให้ลูกค้าสามารถแลกเปลี่ยนคะแนนสะสม หรือ ‘Loyalty Point’ (ที่แบรนด์ต่าง ๆ อาจมีชื่อเรียกต่างกัน) เป็นเหรียญ KKUB ผ่านระบบ Point Convert to KKUB รวมถึงสามารถนำเหรียญ KKUB ไปแลกเปลี่ยนเป็น Voucher ที่มีฟังก์ชันการแลกรับรางวัลและสิทธิพิเศษผ่านฟีเจอร์ Loyalty Platform

และในอนาคต (เฟสที่ 2) จะมีการพัฒนา ‘Loyalty Point on Chain’ ซึ่งจะทำให้อีกหลากหลายแบรนด์สามารถที่จะใช้ฟังก์ชันต่าง ๆ ใน Loyalty Platform ได้มากขึ้น รวมถึงการเชื่อมโยงกับพาร์ตเนอร์ทั้งสาม คือ Buzzebees, TV Direct และ Hotto Bun ที่ลูกค้าสามารถเปลี่ยนคะแนนสะสมจากแบรนด์หนึ่งไปยังแบรนด์อีกแบรนด์หนึ่งได้

ความร่วมมือในครั้งนี้ นอกจากจะเป็นการเพิ่มฟังก์ชันการใช้งานบน Bitkub Chain เพื่อขยายฐานลูกค้าเข้าสู่เทคโนโลยีบล็อกเชนมากขึ้น รวมถึงการที่แบรนด์ต่าง ๆ ก็ได้ขยายฐานลูกค้าใหม่ไปพร้อม ๆ กับการเพิ่มความถี่ให้ลูกค้าเดิมกลับมาซื้อสินค้า และเพิ่มปฏิสัมพันธ์กับแบรนด์อีกด้วย

นับว่าเป็นอีกก้าวที่วงการนี้เติบโตขึ้นนะครับ ส่วนยังไงก็ต้องติดตามกันต่อไปครับ เพราะยังอยู่กับเราไปอีกนาน
