In East Bangalore, near Whitefield, on the corner of SH 35 and Varthur Road, the Prestige Evergreen is a creative way to lay out a project on 21 acres of land. There are 10 tall residential buildings with more than 2,000 high-end apartments on each floor in Prestige Evergreen's bold master plan. Within the ten tall Prestige Evergreen Bangalore Towers, there are apartments with 1, 2, 3, and 4 BHK. Between 650 and 2500 square feet make up the floors of these flats. Costs at least 1.1 Crore to begin with. RERA, the Real Estate Regulatory Authority of Karnataka, has to give its approval before the project can go forward. Officials at RERA will likely give out the Prestige Evergreen Apartments RERA number in November 2025. The BDA, BBMP, and BMRDC will also have to agree to the idea.
