Hi everyone, I’ve been following the latest BTOs and ECs popping up around Tengah, andTengah Garden Residence really caught my eye. It seems like it’s going to be one of the more exciting developments in the Tengah area with its green features and smart living concept. Has anyone here checked it out or gotten a peek at the floor plans? From what I’ve seen on the official site, the layouts look spacious and the location seems really convenient. Would love to hear any opinions, experiences, or insights you guys have!
