What Makes a Full Stack Developer Truly “Industry-Ready”? (18 อ่าน)

A lot of courses promise job-ready training, but what does “industry-ready” actually mean? I looked at a few course modules, including oneFull Stack training in Pune and they cover everything from version control to databases.
But in real jobs, it’s not just about knowing languages. Companies expect you to understand teamwork, Git workflows, deployment, debugging, API integration, cloud basics, and communication.
Another thing I noticed is how important problem-solving skills are. Even if you don’t know every technology, the ability to break down a problem logically makes a huge difference.
In your view, what separates a beginner coder from someone who’s job-ready?
